The classes, led by Nicole Arthurton Dennis, are hands-on and designed to be both educational and enjoyable, reflecting Nicole's passion for cooking and her love for sharing Caribbean culture with visitors. Nicole's Table provides a small, informal setting designed to foster a sense of community and enjoyment among participants.

• All About Jerk ($140): Learn the authentic Jamaican way of jerk cooking with a menu that includes Jerk Chicken, Grilled Pineapple, and Coconut Custard Tart.
• Cooking with Rum ($164): Explore the history and influence of rum on Caribbean cuisine with dishes infused with this iconic spirit.
• Coordinating Curry ($140): Discover the diverse influences of curry on Caribbean food, with recipes from various islands.
• From the Sea ($164): Enjoy the freshest seafood as you prepare dishes inspired by the morning's catch.

Class duration:

• Each cooking class is approximately 3 to 4 hours long, ensuring plenty of time to learn, cook, and enjoy your culinary creations.

• Classes may be consolidated if there are fewer than two people booked.
• Private classes are available upon request.
