• The experience may be subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
• The customer must make the company aware of the Exploring Antigua experience/promotion and the experience ID at the time of booking.

This Experience Pass can not be used during the following dates:

• 24th December 2025 - 7th January 2026

• The experience is applicable for up to 30 people.
• Users may redeem this experience once per pass only.
• Reuse of the same experience with the same pass is not permitted.
• If the user purchases a separate pass that includes this experience again, they may redeem it again under the new pass.

• Customers must comply with any experience-specific policies communicated by the Partner (e.g., age restrictions, dress code, safety briefings).
• Cancellations should follow the policy outlined below. Failure to attend a confirmed booking may result in forfeiture of the experience.

Large Parties

• Large Party (8+ People) Deposit: 52XCD/ 20USD
• Groups of Eight to Thirteen*
  
  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before your reservation will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations 12 to 24 hours before your booking will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 12 hours before your reservations will not receive a refund.
• Groups of Fourteen Or More*
  
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before your reservation will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before your booking will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before your booking will not receive a refund.

*In the event your group’s booking changes in size, please keep us informed. Please provide as much notice as possible, to allow us to prepare for your arrival at the restaurant. In the event three (3) or more guests do not show up for your group, your deposit will be retained by the restaurant.
