Booking Instructions

  • Customers must make their booking directly with the Partner using the method stated below.
  • Bookings must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance of the desired experience date.
  • The experience may be subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
  • The customer must make the company aware of the Exploring Antigua experience/promotion and the experience ID at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions

  • The experience is applicable for up to 6 people.
  • Users may redeem this experience once per pass only.
  • Reuse of the same experience with the same pass is not permitted.
  • If the user purchases a separate pass that includes this experience again, they may redeem it again under the new pass.
  • Customers must present their Exploring Antigua redemption email upon arrival.
  • The email will include a claim date/time and a clearly stated expiry date/time.
  • Redemption is valid only within this window and for one-time use only.
  • Customers must comply with any experience-specific policies communicated by the Partner (e.g., age restrictions, dress code, safety briefings).
  • Cancellations should follow the policy outlined below. Failure to attend a confirmed booking may result in forfeiture of the experience.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellation
    • 3–7 days before lesson: Full refund or free reschedule.
    • 48 hours before lesson: 50% refund or free reschedule.
    • Within 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
  • Rescheduling
    • Free reschedule available up to 48 hours before your lesson.
    • Inside 48 hours, reschedules are subject to availability and treated like a cancellation if no new time works.
  • Weather & Safety Guarantee
    • If we cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
  • Communication
    • All cancellations or changes must be made by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
    • Missing your session without notice counts as a no-show and is non-refundable.
