• The experience may be subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
• The customer must make the company aware of the Exploring Antigua experience/promotion and the experience ID at the time of booking.

• The experience is applicable for 1 person.
• Users may redeem this experience once per pass only.
• Reuse of the same experience with the same pass is not permitted.
• If the user purchases a separate pass that includes this experience again, they may redeem it again under the new pass.
• Customers must present their Exploring Antigua redemption email upon arrival.
• The email will include a claim date/time and a clearly stated expiry date/time.
• Redemption is valid only within this window and for one-time use only.
• Customers must comply with any experience-specific policies communicated by the Partner (e.g., age restrictions, dress code, safety briefings).
• Cancellations should follow the policy outlined below. Failure to attend a confirmed booking may result in forfeiture of the experience.

• Any amendments or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
